Gerondiss Markella and The Monastery of the Theotokos the Life Giving Spring invite you, your family and friends to a spiritual retreat, "The Most Holy Theotokos", presented by Constantine Zalalas. The retreat will be held Friday, August 14 - Sunday, August 16, 2009 at Saint Nicholas Ranch and Retreat Center in Dunlap, CA. The weekend retreat will include a vigil at the Monastery on Friday night, morning and evening prayer services on Saturday in addition to the retreat presentation, and Divine Liturgy on Sunday.
Zalalas is a noted Orthodox Christian from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He is a very pious and faithful man who has led numerous retreats at the Monastery of the Theotokos the Life Giving Spring, in addition to being a guest speaker and retreat master in many other areas of our Archdiocese.
Accommodations are available at Saint Nicholas Ranch either in the Lodge Rooms or the Dormitory Rooms.
